I guess I'll put something personal here to convince you I'm a real person.
I've spent a lot of time attempting to become an actual engineer, but in the meantime have bounced around a few manufacturing companies and heavy industry.
What I've seen a lot of, is that people have great ideaa but their work gets passed over by manufacturers because it's too small for their design overheads.
I want to be that space in the middle, where I can help you work out your concept and have files that can be sent to a manufacturer without issues, and you can get your ideas moving or things fixed.
Services offered
Concept Exploration
We'll discuss your ideas, create sketches and make a plan for how what you want to achieve becomes reality.
CAD Concept Design
This will cover the first round of modelling so that you can see your idea start to come to life. It's essentially a rough draft and not capable of being manufactured, but is suitable for customer discussions or nailing down important sizes and details
Sheetmetal Design
Filling out a concept into what can be produced by Sheetmetal laser cutting and folding. A more detailed process than a concept design, but finished with a DXF file and folding drawing
Addative Manufacturing Design
Expanding concepts into models which can be produced by addative manufacturing, typically FDM or SLA printing. I will run a verification of the design on in house printers to determine suitability, delivering an stl file and a detailed part drawing if required.
Process Design
When you need something done to the same standard, every time, no matter who is doing it. We'll work together to design a process that removes pain points and improves output.
